I could not be happier with the process and the results. All of the workers were professional in behavior and their work. A foreman was always on-site, and the project manager was on site regularly. The entire process - siding, windows, roof, and painting of eaves/gutters - was completed in less than 4 weeks, including several days of delays due to weather.  A few minor problems were corrected immediately.

I have been meaning to drop you this note, which I would invite you pass on to the board, with compliments to everyone who had a hand in the siding project and particularly the selection of John McCarter Construction to do the job. The finished product looks great, and the McCarter crew was unfailingly polite, professional, and willing to accommodate the residents. As you are aware, a project of this magnitude has many opportunities for disruption of normal life. These folks kept the disruptions to a minimum.

As the project extends to other buildings, I think John McCarter Construction should be the preferred vendor. (I have no connection with them, other than being a satisfied customer). I would expect others in Building 3 feel the same way.

Hi John,
I hope all is well with you as the holidays approach.

As you might have guessed, I'm a diehard do-it-yourselfer. Until working with you, I had the misconception that no one available for hire would be as detailed oriented or careful as me. Before our project together, the only work I ever (reluctantly) paid someone else to do was roofing and window installation. However, siding our house was simply too big of a job to tackle with family members. In the end, I could not have been happier with our decision to hire your team. Every guy involved showed genuine care for us, our property and ultimately our satisfaction. You should be proud of your crews. I would be happy to give you a glowing reference at any time.

Although our job was a relatively small one, we felt like we were a priority for you and our questions were always answered quickly and completely.

They did the job with remarkable speed and skill, did not leave even a single nail in the yard, and were professional and courteous to the point that my mom, who was babysitting for the week, and our children could play in the baby pool outside undisturbed.

Dear John,
We want to thank you for the great job you and your workers did on our house. The new Hardie siding and trim together with the new roof looks great and has given our house a more traditional look and is more structurally sound than before.

Your suggestions to improve the house appearance with new soffits, trim and decorative support columns for the porch were very helpful and really do make a difference.

All of your workers were courteous, professional, and hard working. They even took the time to talk with our 2 year old twin neighbors when they stopped by to see the construction. Thanks for keeping the job site clean and oderly. Since we are the first house on the street, all our neighbors drive by on the way in and out of the neighborhood, I was glad the driveway and yard were kept clean.

Best of all we appreciate your reassurances throughout the process that if things didn't look right you could make adjustments without any hassles and completely guarantee the work after the job was finished.
